Executive Virtual Assistant

As a freelance virtual assistant, I specialize in running ads under Meta Business Suite/ Meta Ads Manager, and Youtube. I'm knowledgeable in Ad sets, and campaigns because one of my key responsibilities in my latest work experience as a virtual assistant was to manage the ads of the company.

In my contact center industry experience, I have handled 2 accounts under 1 company, which is Concentrix (Convergys), the first one is Omaha Steaks where I was a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to a Resolution Specialist in a short matter of time. I am used to handling escalated calls and taking care of issues and concerns that require a big amount of critical thinking, and soft skills in dealing with irate customers. Then I was reprofiled to H&R Block, where I was a Customer Service Representative, and was eventually promoted to a Product Specialist Agent. I help clients file fraud and dispute claims on their Emerald Cards, set them up with appointments at the offices, and assist them with their tax refund concerns. I was a performing agent with great customer feedback through customer satisfaction surveys.

I've worked as a Resolution Specialist and Product Specialist Agent in my contact center years, and I've been masterful at customer retention, and making sure I provide them with exceptional resolution to their concerns.

I also used to run an eCommerce business (running my ads on Facebook) and I have done affiliate marketing with other businesses a few times, in order to generate more sales, and potential customers.

I write blog posts, rich in SEO and backlinks for generating leads, with the help of seed keywords, answerthepublic for relevant topics, and ChatGPT for reconditioning and generating more written content in the blog.

I do basic video editing in Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, and Capcut since I have been editing short-form and long-form video content for my previous company as their advertisement.
