As a social media and content manager, the role includes digital marketing of products offered by a starting coffee shop. Spearheaded all content posting for the strengthening of social media presence, by means of engagements and algorithms. More so, was able to track trends and leverage content creation which exponentially help the growth for such startup.

My role as a Telephone Banker who specialized in Claims at one of the leading financial institution in the US, the JP Morgan and Chase Co., has allowed me to established effective and efficient customer experience by proactively addressing their banking concerns and bring forth customized resolutions. I was able to successfully hit and maintain all significant metrics and generated high scores monthly. While I was recognized as one of the star employees, my statistics positively impact the overall success of the team.

Good administrative management is something that I acquired being a general VA and an Office Intern. To be an Office Intern, I was tasked to attend core meetings of LGU-Tubod and trainings. Served as resource speaker during the re-organization of 5Ps+D Initiative within 24 barangays of the Municipality of Tubod. Co-created a working framework related to Community Disaster Preparedness Programs While as a general VA, I was responsible to list all products and empowered for correspondence. Basically managing the store account online and that does not only limit to responding to customer inquiries real time. I was able to efficiently perform all these virtual tasks with minimal to no provision.
