Additionally, I also play a crucial role in coordinating with suppliers for raw materials and packing supplies, monitoring weekly inventory, posting job openings on various career pages, addressing customer feedback, conducting research for continuous business improvement, and reaching out to potential business partners.

As an HR Personnel and eventually became an HR Manager for three years, I have gained a great deal of experience in managing the human resources of an organization, including hiring and onboarding new employees, managing employee benefits and compensation, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and handling employee relations and conflicts. I also has the opportunities to oversee training and development programs, manage performance evaluations, and build relationships with other departments within the company. Additionally, you may have gained experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to human resources and workforce development.

I specialize in bookkeeping using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial records. I handle a range of tasks, including sending invoices and preparing detailed financial reports.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
As an Australian Tax Accountant for over a year, the experience has been both challenging and rewarding. Primarily, I have been responsible for preparing tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations. This has involved working with a variety of clients, from individuals to partnerships, and dealing with a wide range of tax issues. Aside from tax returns, I have also assisted clients with tax planning, advising them on strategies to minimize their tax liabilities while remaining in compliance with relevant legislation. This has involved research and analysis of tax laws, as well as staying current on any changes to the tax code. Moreover, I have also prepared Individual and Business Activity Statements and reconciling clients bank through their Xero accounts.
