Profile Description

As the Lead for RFS Contract Management, I am responsible for
overseeing the entire Request for Service (RFS) process from its inception to
completion. My role entails the meticulous preparation of essential documents,
pricing, and approvals for each RFS. I serve as the primary point of contact
for RFS governance, leading pertinent meetings and ensuring a seamless client
interface. My commitment to continuous process improvement is demonstrated
through my efforts to drive consistency and uphold standards within the
organization.
Additionally, I play a pivotal role in the creation and
evaluation of RFQs and RFPs, collaborating closely with various departments to
align with project specifications and criteria. My expertise extends to
supporting the procurement team in the thorough analysis, comparison, and
negotiation of bids and proposals. I am dedicated to maintaining comprehensive
records of all procurement activities and staying abreast of industry trends,
vendor capabilities, and market conditions that may influence the RFS outcomes.
My goal is to deliver RFS in a timely and cost-effective manner,
ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the sustained success of the
supported account.
