I have been working in the customer and client services industry for nearly 7 years with different companies, and this experience has greatly influenced my ability to provide excellent customer Upgrade to see actual info my first company, I worked as a sales associate in the local fashion shoes and bags department. My role involved serving customers by helping them select products, using suggestive selling techniques, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales through customer engagement. I also kept clients informed about preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest, and assisted with inventory management tasks such as receiving and stocking merchandise.
After that, I worked as a customer representative for a car booking and rental company that had a worldwide Upgrade to see actual info this role, I managed inbound and outbound calls, set appointments and bookings for clients and customers, and communicated with them through various channels to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. This job allowed me to build strong relationships with customers, as our focus was always on their satisfaction. I consistently received high ratings on customer satisfaction surveys, which reflects my dedication to valuing and understanding customers' needs. Unfortunately, the account was closed due to the pandemic.
Next, I worked with a health insurance account as a customer service representative, where I assisted patients and providers with their health insurance needs. After a year of working in this position, I was promoted to subject matter expert and began managing a team of junior customer service representatives, providing them with the product knowledge they required. I also handled company administrative tasks, such as creating and sending emails, ensuring accuracy of information to meet stakeholder needs and follow best practices. Additionally, I maintained records of customer inquiries and effectively addressed and resolved customer complaints.
Currently, I am striving to establish myself as one of the top virtual assistants in town. As a real estate VA with training, I assist clients with listing, office work, and social media management. Due to my exposure to various programs, particularly Microsoft and Google Apps for administrative tasks, I can confidently claim to have acquired solid skills that make me a productive employee. Furthermore, I am determined and strong-willed, which ensures my commitment to learning and mastering any new tools and techniques introduced, in order to provide the best possible service.
