Before working as a Virtual Assistant. I worked in a BPO company as a Credit Researcher (Customer Service). It is about loans like mortgages, home equity, credit cards, auto loans, and leases. We work with lenders to verify account information for their potential borrowers. It is somewhat similar to Bureaus like Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian. I take calls but mostly do outbound. I. communicate with clients (lenders) and customers (borrowers). I respond and send emails for updates and follow-ups. Also, I was given a chance to work with another account with my potential to do the process. It is regarding verification of employment. It is still for loan applications where I need to communicate with the HR/payroll officer or anyone authorized to verify the employment status of the borrower, whether he/she current or previous employee. This skill and experience made me learn and gain more knowledge, which I could apply in working with another account wherein member needs to build their business credit. Common duties are to verify account information by contacting the tradeline. I was able to enhance my communication, typing skills, confidence, and positive attitude. I believe I can do more. I am always willing to learn to do more and learn more.                                                                            
I Upgrade to see actual info not have all the experiences you would prefer, but my enthusiasm and willingness to learn make me a strong candidate. I am very much willing to train and do my best while learning a lot.
