- Develop and maintains comprehensive and clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders that meet departmental standards and guidelines
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience,
turning insights language that sets our users, the internal stakeholders, up for success
- Develop and maintain detailed records of appropriate reference materials,
including but not limited to research and design specifications
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for

- Working closely with the internal department team and with various external departments to understand project requirements as he/she researches, outlines,
writes, and edits new and existing content of the following documentation but not limited to:

·Policies and Procedure Manual (PPM)
·Presentation materials
·Playbook Site reference materials
·Diagrams and flowcharts

·Minutes of the meeting
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
- Working closely with the internal department team to gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
- Identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
- Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that
uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
