Profile Description

Since 2018, I've been personally overseeing a small Bookkeeping Firm named OKEY Tax and Bookkeeping Service Accounting Firm in our country. Initially, my clients were local small business owners in the Philippines, for whom I handled tax returns and bookkeeping. However, in 2021, I transitioned to online bookkeeping, serving international clients from various Industries including Real Estate, Construction, Social Media , Design and Marketing, E Commerce, Gaming and IT Online, Individual Professionals in Medical and Engineering field, even in Bookkeeping firms.
 Throughout this transition, I've utilized various accounting software platforms including Xero, QuickBooks, Wave, and Zoho Books. With these diverse background I am proud of my ability to work independently and efficiently.
Below are a few examples of my recent relevant remote bookkeeping experience:
1. Bookkeeper at Synkbooks - an Accounting firm . I handled different clients in the various industries doing full charge bookkeeping from analyzing the transactions , categorization, bank reconciliation , preparing financial statements and helping my clients in filing tax returns. Accounting System use are Synkbooks, QuickBooks, Xero
2. Bookkeeper at Just art and Media a Media Marketing Business in New York - I cleaned up their books in Wave (Upgrade to see actual info) , Multicurrency Accounting, I manage all the ongoing bookkeeping activities in Wave Apps ( Creating Invoices, Managing Accounts Payables and Receivables, Categorizations of Transactions, Bank Reconciliation , Generating Financial Reports in Wave Apps). Preparing accurate Financial reports , forecast Cash Flows and Budget and assess the business status in terms of Financial.
3.Bookkeeper at Human Centered Narrative Agency, Australian Media and Design Company- I manage their Books in XERO. Creating invoices, billings, reconciliation, reports and BAS Filing.
4. Bookkeeper at Airpropty Limited a Property Investment Business in New Zealand - Process extra charges in Rent HQ , Process Water Bills , create Xero Invoices, Landlord Statement Reconciliation in XERO
5. Clean up project for an Ecommerce Business -Allegheny Crepery. Reconcile General Ledger, Receivable, Sales and other accounts
