I understand the importance of great teamwork.  I am a certified social media marketer, real estate virtual assistant and virtual assistant. I upgraded my skills in this field by enrolling in social media marketing mastery course this MAY 2023  to get a certification at one of the reputable communities working from home called freelance academy. I handle different positions such as office cashier, executive assistant, and virtual assistant. I have 1 year and 9 months experienced as an office cashier and years various personal assistant tasks. My responsibilities are to Organize communication via emails and phone calls. Entering data and maintaining databases and files. Managing hard copies, scanning documents and handling other data- related tasks. Reviewing and checking of documents. Maintaining employee records. Attending meeting, seminar and orientation and Appointment of calendar. My last job was virtual assistant to Mr. Aaron Thompson, a US-based client who is a Senior Manager. Possess in-depth, understanding of recommended payment processing procedures and personality assessment and growth within the given positions, which I think was a good trait in applying for a position in your company. I am highly organized, proactive and punctual with a team-oriented mentally so you do not have to worry about my ability to adapt and fit into your work family and daily life. Well, as I presented myself to you, and with my traits and ability not just an employee but also putting myself in one’s shoe to truly understand what my client wants and needs plays an important character role why you should hire me. I pry myself on a reputation to continue engaging and compelling to be the best asset of your company, is the main factor for me to be hired. Well, I am more of an introvert. I’m shy to share my ideas in a room of people. But then I realize over the years that sometimes its good, sometimes its not, so it is something that I know I need to work on and of course I am very open to any suggestions and coaching from you or from the team that can help me to share my creativity into a higher productions for the company. My greatest strength is my ability to work efficiently under pressure. I can deal with different situations whether good or bad and I won’t only be dealing with a smiling and happy co workers or clients but also the irate and frustrated ones. I am a multitasker as you can see with the different positions I held in the company and I am also an attentive listener.
