We are working on Medical Insurance Claims. We are responsible for transferring paper formats into computer files or database systems. They handle typing in customer information provided directly into an electronic format, creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures. We are working on invoices and courier post on Australian account. We are working on medical records when I was a Health Information Management Specialist. But now that I am already a Medical Claims Analyst / Denials Analyst / Medical Billing Analyst, we are working on claims. Maintains updated records and prepares required documentation to support the insurance claims. Provide excellent customer service when working with customers and hospitals to resolve insurance claim issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to other problems related to medical claims. Analyzes errors in billing and denial data to identify root causes. Preparing and submitting billing data and medical claims to insurance companies. Ensuring each patient's medical information is accurate and up to date. Preparing bills and invoices and document amounts due to medical procedures and services.
