Bookeeper

● Handles multiple Australian franchised hotels ● Data entry of employee and supplier details ● Computes and process payrolls ● Prepares and process payables for payment ● Publishes invoices of intercompanies ● Does monthly reports and reconciliations for management purpose ● Prepares workpapers for audit purposes ● Does bank reconciliation of entities ● Does City and AR ledger clearing. ● Prepares, lodges and process payments for Payroll Tax ● Process payments for PAYG and Superannuation ● Responsible on training new team members on the processes and giving performance review and concerns ● First - level of support of team members ● Liaise with client's head office directors and on-site hotel managers on reports and other queries ● Liaise with tax accountant for lodgement and queries ● Assist managers on other client's tasks ● Assist manager on handling team members leave plans ● Work with managers on schedules and tasks to do ● Ensures compliance are completed and paid
