As a Customer Service Representative and Paperwork Specialist, I was able to improve my communication and problem solving skills. Which I am trained to handle these situations efficiently, providing solutions and assistance to resolve problems. Additonally, as a Paperwork Specialist I was able to adapt some knowledge regarding medical coding, prior authorizations, insurances, billing, and etc.
Lastly, I have a personal office at home with a complete work-from-home setup such as a laptop, PC, internet connection, power supply, and etc. that makes me available during my office hours which is very important when you're a Virtual Assistant.
