I started my career back in 2010 as a Techincal Support and Customer Service Representative for top BPOs, giving me an invaluable skill set that includes multitasking, quick and precise decision-making skills, great communication skills, and a few more that require me to be a top-performing employee.
I later honed, expanded, and applied those skills in the e-commerce and real estate business in the U.S. where I have 10 years of experience combined. I've been a Project Manager for several online businesses using different platforms such as Shopify where I handle employees, manage their output, and provide support and training for matters outside of their current skill level. As mentioned, I've also immersed myself in the real estate business in the U.S., handling client relations with realtors in big states such as Texas, Colorado, and California.
Being a quick study with years of experience, I would require little to no training with minimal supervision. And I assure you that your business will be my top priority. I look forward to working with you and having my skills at your disposal.
