1. I am good in English language and I have an excellent communication skill. I can converse impressively in writing and speaking. I am keen with grammar; Prepositions, Articles, Verb Tenses, S.V.A, Conjunctions, and etc. should be properly observed. I use this skill in writing speeches and essays. I can be an excellent alternative to your Grammarly.
2. I have an experience in customer service. I have been working in a call center for almost 6 years now, and in those years of work, I came to encounter all types of customers: the kind ones up to the irate ones. I also developed certain qualities that would benefit the company I'm working with. I know how to handle different people any time and any day.
3. I had undergone a training in Real Estate, so I can also be a Realtor. I have gained ample knowledge about how real estate goes. I know about the types of Real Estate and how to compute the amount of the property to offer to the owner when buying.
4. I know enough about Excel, so I will not be a burden.
5. I have an experience with servicing hotels, flights, cars, insurances,
and packages as I've worked in a travel account. I know about GDS and the processes pertaining to canceling or changing a hotel reservation.
