- Data Entry. Pull out and create a list that fits the criteria. (Tools used: Propstream, Property Radar, Zillow)- Property Researcher. Provides property information such as owner name, mailing addresses, taxes, last transactions, property type, property condition, market status, parcel ID, county appraisal value, etc.- Skip Tracer. Provides contact information, numbers, and details using different tools such as Skip Genie, Propelio, BeenVerified, and Fast People Search.- Dynamic Cold Caller with multiple experiences in different dialers, tools, software, and CRM. e.g. (Mojo, Calltools, Xencall, Batchdialer, Ring Central, DialPad, Batchleads, etc. Get motivation, gather information, and forward it to the acquisition team.- Appointment Setter. Excellent phone skills and set up appointments for follow-up and verification.- Admin Assistant. Keeps track of the database and client's calendar.
