*Processes new tenant applications – verify the supporting documents and
*Produce and issue lease renewals – Identify tenants nearing end of lease. Distributes and collects leases and ensures that all required legal documents are signed.
*Follow up on tenants with arrears.
*Schedule routine inspections.
*Proficient in MS Office, Google apps, PropertyMe, AppTracker, 1Form, RP Data & Airtable
*Ability to adapt to new tools and software
*Database clean up by merging bios or deleting duplicates.
*Ensure communications are all responded on a timely manner.
*Daily coordination of completed tasks with the property manager.
*Has great attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
*Detail oriented and highly organized.
*Strong customer service skills.
*Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
