Booking and Reservations: facilitate travelers make changes to their reservations, book flights, and purchase tickets. In order to assist travelers in making educated selections, offer advice on fare options, baggage allowances, and travel regulations. Flight Information: Give precise and current information about gate changes, delays, cancellations, and flight schedules. Inform travelers in a proactive manner of any delays or modifications to their itinerary, and when appropriate, provide substitute options. Resolving Complaints: Paying close attention to what passengers have to say, show professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with difficult circumstances. Assume responsibility for problems and report complicated instances to the right departments so they may be resolved, all the while updating passengers on developments.
Sales Generation: To connect with or exceed sales goals, constantly look for and seize sales opportunities. Create and execute successful sales strategy to break into new areas and increase our clientele. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our publishing products, including books, e-books, journals, and digital resources. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients to drive sales and maximize revenue. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Assemble and present to potential customers engaging sales presentations that highlight the features and advantages of our products. To close profitable sales and boost revenue, haggle over terms, prices, and contracts with clients.
