Profile Description

I am an all-around legal/virtual assistant turned OBM with four years of experience. Thanks to my management skills and my clients ' trust, I've helped other businesses achieve operational excellence through systems and processes.

Handling calls and emails, claims, calendars, weekly reports, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, I have helped agencies and law firms make everything efficient and smoother, even the onboarding process of a client and a new hire.

Thanks to the challenges I've experienced along the way and the hundreds of feedback I have and will continue to receive, those are what I utilize to organize and streamline the process of tasks for me and the team.

You may be using a platform or tool that I may need to become more familiar with, but this isn't a hindrance for me not to be a right fit for the role. I'm eager to learn anything to execute and be proficient at my tasks.
