Profile Description

I train and support Amazon buyers, Selling on Amazon Marketplace sellers, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers, Inventory Templates (feeds) and Catalog Team (for incorrect information on Detail Pages). I am very much familiar with Amazon Seller Central and Upgrade to see actual info websites, and how to manage them.

Part of my job as a trainer for a contact center includes module creation, mailer creation, infographic banners, logos, photo collages, certificates, and presentations. I am quite adept with Canva and Powerpoint.

I am also a communications and culture trainer. I facilitate language and culture training for my trainees. As I'm well-versed with the English language, may it be spoken (phone), written (email) or chat. I've experienced doing support for all channels.

On a lighter note, I am a colorist, with colored pencils as my medium of Upgrade to see actual info's a knack that I listen to my favorite rock music while working, may it be while coloring or doing my daily Upgrade to see actual info keeps me focused and gets me going.
