Invoicing Specialist / Biller
Create an invoice per client whenever a service call is done. 
Understand and analyze the job details or service calls.
Verify that the technician's time worked matches the timesheets.
Ensure the appropriate rates are applied and that the invoice includes all costs.
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Proactive in coordination with concerns.
Take immediate action to resolve issues.
Send invoices to clients when the top management has given its approval.

Identify fast moving and slow moving items. Make strategies on how to deplete
slow moving stocks.
Plan and schedule replenishment orders.
Source out possible suppliers and maintain a good relationship.
Monitor overstocks and understock items. 
Make an aging report and find a solution on how to deplete slow-moving items.
Replenish out of stocks items.
Negotiate suppliers (cost, terms of payment, delivery).
Prepares monthly promotional markdown.
Prepares sales reports and make analysis.
