I graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Education majoring in English and has a customer service job for 6 years.
I had experience teaching English to

I was also a customer chat/voice support for 3 years under one of the Telco companies in the United States. Our main job was to resolve issues through inbound and outbound calls.
Then shifted to being chat support for 3 years under Microsoft accounts mainly Xbox and Office accounts.
