I've been in the Financial & BPO industry for 10 years now and I've helped companies increase their collection rate by 65% ( dollars ) and help build collection strategies that are effective not just on the 0-30 days bucket. the collection strategy is designed to collect aging buckets from 60+ 90+ 120+ or even the ones that are considered bad debts. (200+ days.) 

I have handled accounts with an average portfolio size of $300 million dollars per month and we have been successful in exceeding the service level agreement on collection percentage and dollar amount. 

hitting up to 85% of the total AR. this resulted in our client opening multiple Line of Business and continuous contract renewal for the past 7 years now.

 I also received back-to-back recognition for my outstanding performance as a Training Manager and Credit manager as well as my Freelance job as a Credit Consultant I always see to it that I exceed the performance expectation and maintain a great relationship with the client through great communication and helping increase their revenue.

The process becomes successful and we currently have 200 hundred plus FTEs on collection LOB the business has expanded and opened 5 more LOB. The business, as well as the relationship with the client, is continuously growing.

I helped the Pampanga site exceed the service level agreement with the clients by honing and training the pioneering batch well and was able to produce performing and outstanding employees. Our Customer service Team in Pampanga has been hitting all KPIs compared to other sites and they remained to be the number 1 site as of this Upgrade to see actual infont they have become successful and expanded greatly with almost 1k employees and a lot of line of business was opened in Pampanga site.
