Hello there! I'm a nurse by profession and although I did not pursue that career it has helped me in my other career endeavors. It taught me triage, change and time management, handling people and becoming organized.
I've worked in the BPO or call Center for almost 4 months catering to US clients which honed my communication skills further.
Most recently because of the pandemic I had to work from home and found a Virtual Agency who helped me land a VA post and later on offered me a leadership post. As someone who is always curious and loves to learn I knew it was the best step to take because it allowed me to learn multiple skills at the same time handling different industries. I've handled more than 30 VAs and about 15 clients simultaneously and a retention rate of 100% with zero campaigns ending for almost 8 months.
