I have over 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, specializing in Senior Lead Generation. My responsibilities include compiling potential motivated seller lists, data scrubbing, gathering price comparables, and executing email marketing strategies. I am skilled in Real Estate CRM Systems and have completed Professional Development training in various areas such as Email Management, Social Media Management, Calendar Management, Data Entry, Sorting Data using Excel, and Product Research. Additionally, I have taken an online training course as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and this online course covered Real Estate Investing Basics, Real Estate tasks, Broker Price Opinion (BPO), and Real Estate Lead Generation, I did a lot of research,  I know Skip Tracing,  Email Management, Social Media Management, Data Entry, Internet Research, sorting data using excel, I am good at interpersonal communication skills, I am familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, MS Docs, and  Canva, I organized Gmail inbox by sorting out important emails, creating filters, and applying appropriate labels.  I have excellent Customer Service and English Communication skills. I handled outbound and inbound calls, cold-called answered customer inquiries, and resolved issues.  I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible, motivated to learn new things.
