Profile Description

I have over six years of experience working as a bookkeeper and finance analyst, where my responsibilities included a range of tasks such as bookkeeping, invoice encoding, bank record reconciliation, monthly report and statement preparation, and cash auditing. I have demonstrated my commitment to professional development by successfully passing the national examination for bookkeepers.
In addition to my expertise in bookkeeping and finance analysis, I possess a solid understanding of business operations, effective email communication, data encoding in QuickBooks, and the ability to handle guest concerns and complaints. These skills have allowed me to provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
During my tenure at Medpro since April 2020, I have held the position of Team Lead. In this role, I have taken on the responsibility of managing all invoices and addressing any billing concerns with haulers. Furthermore, I have been actively involved in the hiring and training process, primarily focusing on training staff in accounts payable (AP) procedures, including the implementation of a meticulous three-way verification system to ensure the accuracy of invoice processing. Additionally, I have been responsible for generating daily reports to track progress and ensure targets are met.
Working in a fast-paced environment with daily quotas has presented challenges, but I have consistently thrived under pressure. This environment has motivated me to enhance my efficiency and proactivity, leading to increased productivity and successful outcomes.
