+ Overseeing franchise and lease renewals to ensure timely agreements, and coordinating with relevant parties to facilitate the necessary renewals and associated tasks.
+ Managing Lease Eagle, reading and analyzing different lease contracts, extracting information for encoding and systematic monitoring, storing crucial documents, and following up on outstanding agreements, emphasizing administrative and compliance capabilities.
+ Overseeing construction phases, including project milestone tracking, purchase order of equipment, and coordinating with designers, suppliers, and clients.
+ Handling preparation of capex documentation and presentation to clients.
+ Preparing investment study/ROI of at least 5 to 10 new sites to check the feasibility of the site versus sales projection and rental rates.
+ Spearheading meetings that focus on providing updates and tracking to-dos related to franchising, construction, and leasing, in collaboration with the management heads.
+ Organizing and coordinating key meetings and appointments for department heads and existing/new clients.
+ Responding to inquiries and conducting meetings with franchise partners, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ I oversee our CRM system, HubSpot, managing tasks such as scheduling meetings, appointments, and lead approvals. Additionally, I handle follow-ups, document requests, and other related responsibilities to streamline our lead management process.
+ Capturing meeting minutes, pinpointing action items, and ensuring their completion for effective follow-through and accountability.
+ Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the implemented processes and procedures.
+Effectively administering and managing multiple tools such as Gdrive, Microsoft 365, BaseCamp, LeaseEagle, DocuSign, and Airslate for proficient project and contract management.
