I've been working in the BPO industry for more than 15 years now.
I started as an Outbound sales agent offering Website Development and Search Engine Optimization available to Small to Medium Businesses in the U.S (US Website Builder).
Then I worked as an inbound sales agent and customer service representative with Resorts and Condos International (RCI) for 2 years offering timeshare exchange and rentals for vacation, catering the United States and Canada.
Aside from that, I also worked as a Technical Support Representative with Dish Network, providing urgent assistance and troubleshooting steps to our US customers with their Satellite TV.
I've also worked as a Team Leader with Telstra, an Australian Telecommunication company where I started as an agent taking in Billing inquiries and sales.
After a year, I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing urgent assistance to the agents on the floor whenever they need information about the products and the process as well.
In 3 months, I've became a part of the Pilot Team for Complaints and Escalations handling complex inquiries and complaints by the customers.
After working with the team for a year, I got promoted as a Team Leader handling a team of 12 people, where I am currently involved and responsible for their career growth and development through coaching, tea
