Profile Description

I am a member of the Philippine bar in good standing and I have been a practicing lawyer for five years now. I can draft demand letters, contract, deeds of conveyance, secretary's certificates, official statements, among other written output requiring legal background. I can also perform due diligence work and conduct legal research using various research tools.

I previously maintained a private practice where I litigated criminal, civil, and family law cases. Currently, I am an in-house counsel to a holding company in the Philippines in the health industry and I have been in this role for 10 months. 
English is my first language and my written and oral communication skills are that of a native Upgrade to see actual info my five years in this profession, I have had extensive client-facing experience and have great interpersonal skills. I am highly trainable, a self-starter, and I am confident I can learn the laws of other jurisdictions if I am given ample time and guidance.

I am open to work as a lawyer, compliance officer, paralegal, legal assistant, among other relevant legal roles.
