Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and passionate K-3rd grade tutors with expertise in Math or foreign languages (Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, French, or Italian) to join our growing team. Tutoring sessions will be conducted virtually over Zoom, and tutors will leverage t.Lab’s tools to guide students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging virtual tutoring sessions tailored to K-3rd grade students using Zoom.
Utilize t.Lab learning tools, including Mango Languages and IXL, to support student growth and progression through a minimum of 3 grade levels per year.
Teach Math or foreign languages with a focus on building foundational skills while fostering a love for learning.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents.
Adapt teaching methods based on each child’s strengths, challenges, and individual learning pace.
Maintain a professional and engaging virtual presence to keep students attentive and motivated.

Required Skills
Subject Matter Expertise: Mastery in teaching either Math or one of the following languages—Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, French, or Italian— to young students, ensuring clear and accurate instruction.
Virtual Communication Proficiency: Ability to establish a strong rapport and maintain focus during virtual learning sessions.
Adaptability: Comfortable modifying lesson plans and teaching approaches to meet the unique needs of each student.

Qualifications
Proven track record of delivering measurable results in student performance.
Strong communication skills that foster trust and clarity with students and parents alike.
Solid digital presence with proficiency in using virtual platforms like Zoom for teaching.
Experience teaching K-3rd grade students or similar age groups is preferred.
