JOB OVERVIEW

We are a new travel company specializing in unique retreats, getaways and experiences for travelers seeking transformation. We are looking for a proactive and organized VA to help with our marketing, operations and digital media.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage website content and updates (WordPress)
- Create and schedule social media content, newsletters, emails and videos.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, partners
- General administrative tasks, emails, project management
- SEO, Editing, Copywriting not essential but highly favoured
- Generate leads for potential customers, collaborators and partnerships

**Qualifications:**

- Proficient in WordPress, Canva, and social media management
- Previous management of Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google channels.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient written and spoken English. Other languages advantageous.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant preferred
- Please share links to portfolio or recent project
- Experience in sales and lead generation of some kind is useful
