Role Overview
In this role, you will support the logistics and finance operations of SISUU. From managing inventory and order processing to handling financial reconciliations and customer service, you’ll contribute to our business's operational excellence. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure smooth delivery processes, cost management, and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics and Order Management:
- Process every order fulfillment, monitoring automated 3PL orders for any issues and managing ‘supplier-direct-to-customer’ orders.
- Ensure that courier and delivery costs remain within budget on an order-by-order and monthly basis.
- Track order statuses and communicate updates effectively to both customers and the SISUU team.
- Act as the point of contact for courier-related customer inquiries, responding efficiently via online chat, support tickets, or phone.
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Maintain an organised inventory management system, overseeing the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and distributors.
- Regularly update website stockists, SKUs, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns with adequate stock levels to meet demand.
- Coordinate with our production team to anticipate and resolve any stock shortages.
Finance and Accounting Support:
- Handle invoice processing, ensuring all costs are reviewed and approved for payment.
- Assist in reconciling transactions across our various sales and inventory systems.
- Conduct weekly end-of-month financial reporting, including cost analysis and budget summaries.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients or suppliers as needed.
Customer Service and Account Management:
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction regarding order deliveries and product availability.
- Manage communication for order-related inquiries, including tracking, delivery timelines, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and helpful responses.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on inventory levels, cash flow, and cost management.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for operational improvement, contributing ideas for cash flow and cost reduction initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing digital tools and processes to enhance SISUU’s operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications
Experience in Logistics and E-Commerce Operations: Prior experience managing e-commerce logistics, preferably with a wellness or consumer product brand.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, MS Office, Google Workspace, Xero
Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles, with experience handling invoicing and financial reconciliations.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service with the ability to resolve order and delivery related issues effectively.
Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain detailed records.
Communication Skills. Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers
