Job Title: Website Designer (Wix) with Transition to Customer Service Representative

Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Job Type: Part-Time, with Transition to Full-Time

Compensation: $4.00 – $6.50 USD per hour
Annual raises and performance-based bonuses available

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual to join our team initially as a Website Designer (Wix) with the potential to transition into a long-term Customer Service Representative role. This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable internet connection and access to a working computer or laptop.

The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, dependable, and also has a professional demeanor to support customers once the website portion of the role is complete. We’re seeking someone who can wear multiple hats, adapt quickly, and grow with us over time.

Phase 1: Website Designer (Wix Platform)

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop a clean, functional, and mobile-responsive website using Wix
- Customize templates and site layout to reflect company branding
- Collaborate with the team to include content, contact forms, and customer communication tools
- Optimize the site for SEO and performance tracking
- Meet deadlines and communicate progress clearly and consistently

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Wix website creation (please include portfolio)
- Basic understanding of SEO and web design best practices
- Ability to follow creative direction and provide suggestions
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Must be self-motivated and deadline-driven

Phase 2: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

- Answer and make phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and other platforms
- Send and follow up on digital forms and faxes
- Assist with customer issues and provide real-time problem-solving
- Use internal systems to manage client data and track progress
- Multitask efficiently and handle unexpected tasks or challenges calmly
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a supportive work environment
- Stay composed and solution-focused during high-pressure or emotional situations
- Perform additional customer service-related duties as needed

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers, Google Workspace, and general office software
- Reliable internet and personal computer required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and tasks
- Must be dependable, level-headed, and a team player
