The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Communications Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the heart of client communications, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You’ll play a vital role in managing leads, scheduling, and supporting our team’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via SMS, email, and social media platforms (ManyChat and GoHighLevel).
- Schedule and organize appointments and calendars for clients.
- Ensure seamless lead management by following up on automated messages and reporting issues.
- Maintain organized client records and project databases in ClickUp and Google Drive.
- Research and coordinate thoughtful client gifts to celebrate milestones.
- Collaborate with the team on brainstorming and process improvements.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, admin support, or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to results.
- Familiarity with tools like ManyChat, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Stripe, Slack, and Google Workspace (preferred).
