Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Psychometrician or Psychologist to join our team. This role involves administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological and educational assessments in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in psychometrics or psychology, with a focus on maintaining HIPAA and FERPA compliance, and exceptional attention to detail in both report writing and communication. The person must have availability during USA Eastern or Pacific time zone business hours to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer psychological and educational assessments in a virtual setting
• Score assessments accurately and efficiently using provided tools and guidelines
• Interpret data and provide insights to inform recommendations for support and intervention
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports with professionalism and clarity
• Ensure strict adherence to privacy standards, including HIPAA and FERPA regulations
• Communicate effectively with school psychologists, educators, and tea
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical guidelines in handling sensitive information
• Stay updated on assessment tools, technologies, and best practices in virtual psychometric or psychological work
Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, educational psychology, or a related field
• Experience as a psychometrician or psychologist, administering and interpreting assessments
• Proficiency with assessment tools and scoring software (e.g., WISC, BASC, Woodcock-Johnson, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of privacy regulations, including HIPAA and FERPA
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in report writing and scoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for accurate and professional reporting
• Proficient in using technology for virtual assessments (e.g., Zoom, online assessment platforms)
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of professionalism
• Availability during USA Eastern or Pacific time zone business hours
Compensation:
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
