Key Responsibilities
As the Virtual Location Manager, you will:
Lead and Inspire: Oversee and motivate a remote team of trainers and support staff to meet and exceed expectations.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations remotely, including staff scheduling, communication, and performance tracking.
Data-Driven Leadership: Gather and analyze sales data, track key stats, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and achieve goals.
Organize Member Stats: Maintain accurate member records and ensure seamless integration with tools like Mindbody and High Level.
Drive Results: Support membership growth, retention, and revenue goals through data-driven strategies and proactive decision-making.
Enhance Member Experience: Collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming and results-oriented environment for members.
Team Development: Coordinate hiring, training, and mentoring to build and maintain a strong, cohesive remote team.
Effective Communication: Serve as the key liaison between team members and leadership, ensuring alignment on goals and initiatives.
Problem Solving: Address challenges creatively and efficiently, implementing solutions to improve performance and operations.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Leadership Experience: At least three years of managing teams, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or other service-driven industries.
Sales and Data Proficiency: Strong ability to gather, organize, and analyze sales and membership data to drive decisions and strategies.
Software Savvy: Experience with Mindbody, Mindbody Marketing App, and High Level is a significant advantage.
Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to collaborate effectively across virtual platforms.
Team-Oriented: Works well in a collaborative, remote environment and builds positive relationships with colleagues.
Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving goals and solving challenges with creativity and determination.
Fitness Knowledge (a Plus): Familiarity with the fitness industry is advantageous but not required.
