EXECUTIVE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WANTED

I’m looking for someone exceptional to be my Executive Virtual Assistant. Bluntly: I’m after a perfectionist—someone who’s organised, sharp, and thrives on details. This is not a role for beginners. If you get a thrill out of structure, proactivity, and being the right hand to a busy founder, read on.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- This is not an entry-level role. You MUST have at least 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a founder or senior executive. Agency experience is a bonus.
- This role is fast-paced, detail-heavy, and high-pressure. Expect 100+
- I’m demanding—but fair—and want someone who’s great at research, negotiation, logistics, and thrives with structure. If you're after a relaxed 9–5, this isn’t it.
- We’re looking for someone who’s ready to help take our business to the next level.
- Excellent attention to detail and project coordination is a must.
- You’ll manage
- You should be proactive—able to foresee issues and offer smart solutions.

MUST-HAVES
- Exceptional written communication.
- Experience supporting directors or CEOs.
- Fast responder to
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Trello.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Able to work independently and solve problems with little guidance.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise effectively.
- Advanced Google Workspace skills.
- Familiarity with Instantly, HubSpot, Notion, Calendly, LinkedIn, ChatGPT.
- Experience in an agency environment preferred.
- Fast learner—able to quickly adopt new tools.
- Able to create and streamline systems and processes.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years as an Executive Assistant to a C-level exec or business owner.
- Comfortable managing 200+
- Strong ability to report on and manage multiple projects.
- Extremely organised, efficient, and proactive.
- High personal integrity and confidentiality.
- Skilled in calendar and schedule management across time zones.
- Excellent communication across
- Self-starter who thrives in remote work with minimal oversight.
