Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Virtual Assistant with advanced digital marketing and design expertise to support our CEO and various business functions. This full-time, remote role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage tasks related to SEO, lead generation, business development, operations, and appointments, while also implementing effective social media marketing strategies. The monthly salary for this position is $400.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing and SEO:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead conversion.
Conduct SEO audits and implement optimization techniques to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries promptly.
Engage with the online community by interacting with relevant posts and following industry influencers and potential clients.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Social Media and LinkedIn Ad Designs:

Design and implement visually appealing social media and LinkedIn ads to drive engagement and lead generation.
Manage social media and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Create and manage ad campaigns, track performance, and optimize for better results.
Respond to leads generated through ads, providing excellent customer service and converting leads into clients.
Administrative Support:

Manage and prioritize incoming emails, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars for the CEO.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to provide valuable insights.
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Support team members with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and database maintenance.
Business Development and Operations:

Assist in business development initiatives, including lead generation and client engagement.
Coordinate and support operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a focus on digital marketing and SEO.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) for marketing purposes.
Advanced knowledge of SEO techniques and tools, with a track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Suite, project management software, and social media management tools.
Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism.
