We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant with Quickbooks experience for a dynamic and growing company in the economic supply sector, the ideal candidate should be proactive and detail-oriented to support our operations. With a turnover of $1M, we thrive on innovation and efficiency, and we need someone who can manage various tasks seamlessly.


Expected Work Hours and Timezone
You are expected to work during US business hours.

Work Set-up:
Permanent work-from-home.

As a GVA, you will provide excellence by:
* Generate and manage quotes using QuickBooks.
* Handle a high volume of emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
* Provide administrative support for various tasks as directed by the business owner.
* Track and organize project workflows and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
* Conduct research and compile data as needed for decision-making.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Do you have what it takes to be our GVA?
* Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:
* Experience with QuickBooks, particularly in generating quotes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with email management tools and practices.
* Proactive and adaptable personality, capable of handling a dynamic work environment.
* Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role preferred.
