Job Description:

This is a dynamic company specializing in streamlining the government contracting process for businesses. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills, excellent reading comprehension, and a high level of organization. You will be leveraging AI tools to assist in writing proposals and ensuring timely follow-up and communication with clients and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Scouting and Proposal Writing:

Monitor government bid websites for relevant Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Read and analyze RFP requirements to gather necessary documentation.
Use AI tools to draft and prepare detailed, compliant proposals tailored to each specific bid.
Ensure all proposals meet submission deadlines and adhere to government standards.
Client Communication and Marketing:

Follow up with bid contractor agents to address any queries and additional requirements.
Communicate with clients through our CRM dashboard to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Required Skills:
Excellent written communication skills: Ability to convey information clearly and concisely in writing.
Strong reading comprehension: Ability to understand and interpret complex RFP requirements and documentation.
High level of organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Meticulous attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
Timeliness and responsiveness: Ability to meet deadlines consistently and respond promptly to communications.
Comfortable using AI tools and technology for proposal writing.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in government contracting or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
