As our business continues to scale, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our operations in a variety of key areas. And to make our operation smoother.
Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant for E-Commerce Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
-Core Responsibilities-
Product Research and Listing
Customer Complaints
Submitting Invoices
Inbound Shipments Management:
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules.
Track inbound shipments and update the shipment status in the system.
Inspect and verify received shipments for accuracy and quality.
Shipment Coordination:
Set up shipments for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).
Spreadsheet Management:
Create and maintain a detailed spreadsheet of all inbound shipments.
Include key details such as supplier information, shipment dates, contents, and status.
Share the spreadsheet with relevant tea
Product Competition Analysis
Brand Development
Source Products
Managing data across various software tools in our business
Administrative tasks

-Who We Are Looking For-
Skills and Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Good at math
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and other basic tools.
Familiarity with Keepa, Sellercentral, Sellerboard, Repricing, DS Quick View, AZ Insight,
Need to send a picture of good PC setup
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize work.
Ability to maintain timelines
Comfortable communicating directly, clearly, and respectfully.
Know how to use google sheets and or excel sheets proficiently.
Good communicator
Organization skills
Detail oriented
Must have good at home internet connection
Must have a good PC setup
Must have a monitor. Picture of work setup will be required

Built a brand from scratch
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, or logistics is a plus (not required).
