JOB OVERVIEW

A fast-growing social commerce agency is looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to act as a second brain for the founder—streamlining operations, managing partnerships, and optimizing content across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience assisting entrepreneurs, founders, or executives in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, a skilled communicator, and understands LinkedIn, Twitter, AI tools, sponsorship outreach, and branding.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Strategic Support
Manage scheduling, meetings, and email inbox—keeping things organized and efficient.
Handle brand partnerships & sponsorship deals, including outreach, negotiation, and follow-ups.
Research industry trends and provide insights to drive content, strategy, and business decisions.
Keep track of key action items, ensuring timely execution of priorities.
Organize and maintain documents, digital assets, and key business information for efficiency.

2. Social Media & Personal Brand Growth
LinkedIn & Twitter Management

Draft, schedule, and optimize engaging, high-impact posts based on thought leadership insights.
Engage with key industry figures to expand network visibility.
Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media snippets, threads, and discussions.
Copywriting & AI Utilization

Write persuasive, high-converting copy for LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, and sponsorship pitches.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance content creation.
Implement AI-driven strategies for automation and workflow improvements.
Graphics & Branding

Create on-brand visuals for social media, newsletters, and sponsorship decks.
Ensure all content aligns with the agency’s professional tone and messaging.

3. Podcast & Newsletter Growth
Podcast Management

Research and schedule high-value podcast guests from the e-commerce and social commerce space.
Assist in episode coordination, summaries, and social media repurposing.
Newsletter & Sponsorships

Draft, format, and optimize weekly newsletter content for engagement and growth.
Source, pitch, and secure sponsorship deals for the newsletter and other platforms.
Track and analyze newsletter performance metrics to refine strategies.

4. AI, Automation & Workflow Optimization
Identify and implement AI-driven automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Develop optimized workflows for managing social content, partnerships, and analytics.
Stay ahead of AI and digital marketing trends, suggesting innovative tools and processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

? Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting entrepreneurs, founders, or executives.
? Expertise in LinkedIn and Twitter—content writing, engagement, and growth strategies.
? Strong copywriting skills—ability to write persuasive and high-impact content.
? Experience securing sponsorships & brand deals, including outreach and negotiation.
? Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) for creating polished visuals.
? Tech-savvy and AI-literate—familiar with ChatGPT, automation tools, and digital workflows.
? Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented—able to anticipate needs and solve problems.
