Are you highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing sales conversations and follow-ups? Do you have flawless American English—both written and spoken? If so, we’d love to have you on our team as our next Sales Support VA!

We’re looking for a Sales & Admin Virtual Assistant to handle LinkedIn lead responses, CRM updates, appointment scheduling, and invoice follow-ups, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks and customers pay promptly. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time based on performance.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
? Lead Management & Follow-Up – Quickly respond to inbound leads via email, SMS, and LinkedIn, ensuring prompt follow-ups.
? LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement – Monitor and manage responses from our LinkedIn automation campaigns, ensuring high-value prospects get timely replies and follow-ups. (You will not run the automation but will manage responses, conversations, and scheduling.)
? Appointment Scheduling & Confirmations – Book sales calls, send confirmations, handle rescheduling, and ensure smooth communication.
? Basic CRM & Pipeline Support – Update lead statuses, track follow-ups, and pull lists from GoHighLevel to ensure leads are properly categorized and engaged. (No workflow setup or automation management required.)
? Invoice Tracking & Follow-Ups – Help ensure invoices are sent, track payments, and follow up with clients as needed.
? Task & Project Organization – Keep lead follow-ups, sales processes, and admin tasks organized in ClickUp (or alternative system).
? General Admin Support – Assist with research, documentation, and other sales-related administrative tasks.

? Required Skills & Experience
?? Exceptional English Communication Skills – You must be able to speak and write in English at a native or near-native level, as you will be engaging with prospects and clients daily. A strong understanding of nuances, idioms, and conversational flow is essential for clear and effective communication.
?? Sales & Lead Nurturing Mindset – You understand basic follow-up strategies and can confidently engage leads via email/SMS/LinkedIn.
?? LinkedIn Sales Outreach Experience (Preferred) – Familiarity with handling LinkedIn messages, lead responses, and follow-ups.
?? Basic GoHighLevel CRM Experience (Preferred) – Ability to update lead statuses, pull reports/lists, and track responses. (No automation setup required.)
?? Invoicing & Payment Tracking Experience – Ability to follow up on pending invoices and ensure smooth billing processes.
?? Detail-Oriented & Proactive – You take ownership of tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly without micromanagement.
?? Strong Communication Skills – Excellent written and spoken English for engaging with leads and scheduling calls.
?? Highly Organized & Reliable – You thrive on structure and keeping systems up to date.
?? Bonus: Experience with Keap, ClickUp, or invoicing software is a plus!
