ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a General Admin Virtual Assistant to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of media deliveries, client relationships, and administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will also have the opportunity to assist with basic photo and video editing, helping to ensure that our clients receive top-quality content on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content and Media Delivery:
- Coordinate and deliver photo/video content to clients, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Process and track client orders, maintaining detailed and error-free records.
- Review media content for accuracy and quality before delivery.
Client Communication:
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and confirm delivery schedules.
- Communicate updates and follow-up messages with clients professionally.
- Gather feedback to improve services and offerings.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized records of orders, delivery schedules, and client details.
- Assist with data entry and general office organization tasks.
- Manage social media posting on top 5 platforms using provided templates.
Design and Editing:
- Create monthly social media and magazine graphics using Canva for planned events.
- Assist with basic photo and video editing tasks to meet client expectations.
- Ensure all media content aligns with company quality standards.
Client Outreach and Acquisition:
- Use social media
QUALIFICATIONS
- Willingness to Work in Pacific Standard Time (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST). Since most of our clients are based in this time zone, we need someone who’s ready to work when we are.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, Canva) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of media content.
- A working laptop capable of handling photo and video editing tasks efficiently.
- Backup internet and power solutions to maintain productivity during outages or connectivity issues.

Job Type: Part-time, with room for growth in future!
Pay: Starting at $4-$5 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for raises and increased hours as you grow with the company.
Starting hours: 10-20 hours per week.
Working hours: Mon-Fri for the first 1-2 months of training, Tue-Sat after the training. All during 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST
Year end bonus eligible.
