Virtual Assistant (Content Creation & Administrative Support)

About the Role:
I’m looking for a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant to help manage both content creation (Instagram Reels & TikToks) and administrative tasks (task management, event entry, scheduling) across multiple music and merchandise ventures.

This role requires a strong balance between video editing & social media marketing and organization & administrative skills. If you love Emo & Pop Punk music (bonus if you’re into Disney!), know your way around social media trends, and are detail-oriented with scheduling and data entry, you’d be a great fit!

Key Responsibilities:

-Content Creation & Social Media Strategy
-Edit and create Instagram Reels & TikToks using already filmed content.
-Research trending audios, challenges, and hashtags to keep content fresh.
-Suggest and instruct on new content ideas to film based on trends.
-Cross-post and schedule content between Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.

Administrative & Organizational Support

-Manage my task list and keep track of deadlines and priorities.
-Use the Motion app to manage tasks, with assignments coming through the platform (prior experience with Motion is a plus).
-Enter and update event listings on platforms like Eventbrite, Bandsintown, and All Events.
-Message Phoenix Pro Social with all upcoming event dates.
-Keep my calendar updated and ensure I’m on track with scheduled events and projects.
-Organize digital files (graphics, video clips, templates) for easy access.
-Maintain a spreadsheet of revenue per event, including tips, merchandise sales, and performance fees.

E-Commerce & Merch Support

-Create and update Shopify product listings, including descriptions and SEO.
-Track and manage orders from Shopify, Etsy, etc.
-Help manage promotions, discount codes, and flash sales.

Analytics & Reporting

-Track social media performance (engagement, reach, growth).
-Monitor ad campaign performance for event promotions and merchandise sales.

Ideal Candidate Has:

-Strong video editing skills for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
-Highly organized, able to manage a to-do list, keep track of tasks, and meet deadlines.
-Familiarity with social media strategy, trends, and viral content research.
-Experience with Shopify, Etsy, and/or e-commerce platforms (or willingness to learn).
-Excellent communication skills and ability to manage emails, event entries, and scheduling.
-Prior experience with the Motion app (or willingness to learn).
-Bonus: You love Emo & Pop Punk music (extra bonus if you’re into Disney too)!

Position Details:

Remote Position – Work from anywhere!

Part-time (Flexible hours, approximately 10-15 hours per week).

Monthly Rate: $300/Month
