Position: Virtual Assistant II
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM EST
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our growing team at Cleancation. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of various administrative, sales, and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a fast learner, and has a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Handle emails, calendar management, document organization, and general admin tasks.
- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Make warm & cold calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and sales.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through calls, research, and email outreach.
- SEO & Website Management: Assist in website updates, blog posting, and improving search engine rankings.
- Marketing & Funnels: Set up and manage workflows, funnels, and automations in GoHighLevel.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation & Design: Utilize Canva (or similar tools) for graphics, social media posts, and branding materials.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule posts across various platforms, engage with followers.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing.
- Zapier Automation: Set up integrations and automations between different platforms.
- Sales & Recruitment: Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and using an ATS.
- Follow-Up & Reporting: Maintain records, follow up with clients/leads, and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- SOP & Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for processes.
- TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings & Training: Participate in team calls, contribute ideas, and implement new strategies.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in Virtual Assistance, Admin Support, or Customer Service
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and quick learner with experience in digital tools
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Canva, and ATS systems is a PLUS
- Background in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong sales & customer relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work
