About the Role:

We are seeking a Virtual Administrative Staff member to join our team! The ideal candidate should have experience working with permitting companies, scheduling inspections, and following up with homeowners. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage permitting processes, ensuring timely approvals.
Schedule inspections and maintain updated records of project timelines.
Follow up with homeowners, inspectors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle emails and phone calls professionally with a customer-focused approach.
Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems as needed.

Requirements:

Experience in permitting, inspections, or a related administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects.
Reliable work-from-home setup (fast internet, quiet workspace, and necessary tools).
Ability to work during US Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
Excellent email and phone etiquette, with professional and clear communication.
Proficiency in office tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office.
