THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR
You’ll be responsible for making things happen behind the scenes so that our tenants have a remarkable experience.
Working in a small team, you’ll be contributing to the improvement of our services, liaising with other coordinators and resolving problems.
We’ll be giving you all the training you need to thrive in your new role - as long as you are passionate and motivated you will be a great fit for this position.
THE RECURRING TASKS
General Admin
-
- Recurring meetings
- Travel Arrangements and bookings
- Liaise with maintenance (via Whatsapp groups)
- Creating SOPs and optimising systems and processes
Marketing
- Post ads on Openrent
- Liaise with prospects and organise viewings
- Put prospect tenants through referencing
- Create and send tenancy agreements via Openrent
Tenant management and rents
- Allocating/ reconciling rent and payments using Hammock
- Data inputting and tenant/property document management using Hammock

This role is key to the success of our business. You will be increasing efficiency across many areas of our business by creating our operations manuals and improving our processes.

PAY AND HOURS
- The starting rate for this role will be $5 with view to increasing to $6.5 long-term
- This position is available now
- This is a long term position
Provisional Schedule UK time zone:
11 am to 1 pm UK Monday
11 am to 1 pm UK UK Tuesday
11 am to 1 pm UK Thursday
11 am to 1pm UK Friday
You will be available for at least 8 hours a week
- We will pay you weekly
- We give one day's paid leave for every 80 hours worked. This covers holiday/sick and public-holidays.
