What are the VA's primary responsibilities?
-Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Answer phone calls and live chat to provide exceptional customer service.
-Provide accurate tracking information to customers.
-Respond to and process return inquiries, and issue refunds as necessary.
-Understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions.
-Manage and respond to shop and product reviews.
-Occasionally handle incoming orders over the phone.
-Maintain and update online inventory to ensure accurate product availability.
-Submit dropship orders with vendors via
-Respond to general and customer service inquiries via
-Collaborate with other tea
-Manage inventory and the health of products
-Handle other administrative and operational tasks as assigned within this role.
