JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated Student Experience (CX) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving student engagement strategies, increasing student retention, and enhancing the overall student journey through automation, email flows, and post-purchase journey mapping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Student Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement student engagement strategies, focusing on automation, email flows, and targeted communications to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
- Post-Purchase Journey Mapping: Design and optimize post-purchase journeys to enhance student satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Student Retention Strategies: Develop and manage initiatives aimed at improving student retention and engagement, ensuring our users remain connected and supported.
- CRM Integration: Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) to track student behavior, optimize interactions, and nurture relationships.
- Optimize Student Interactions: Continuously evaluate and improve student interactions across multiple platforms, focusing on streamlining processes, increasing satisfaction, and reducing friction points.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze student data and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Student/Customer Experience Specialist, Student/Customer Success Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of post-purchase engagement and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.
- Experience in email marketing and flow optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and support teams.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce).
