Short term rental Property Manager

I have a small portfolio of rental properties I need help managing. We have 15-20 properties. We own all of them. We are not a property management company. But we do self manage all of our own properties. Most of them are short term rentals. Rented through websites like Air BNB and VRBO. Ideally This position would be filled with one person that could be available 7 days a week. They would not have to be available 8 hours a day 7 days a week. We are looking for someone with experience working for Air BNB.

Main responsibilities I’m looking for help with:
- Schedule cleaners, 2-3 times per week. communicate with cleaners about any issues that come up.
- Respond to guests questions and inquiries. Anything that our AI software cant answer.
- Update pricing on properties.
- Check payments on VRBO to make sure they go through.
- Reply to guests reviews.
- Monitor maintenance issues/requests, as they come in.

Possible tasks/responsibilities:
- Journal entries in Quickbooks
- Categorize transactions in quickbooks
- Running payroll for Cleaners in our payroll software.
